Question Trust Webcam spotlight pro

Hello

So I have this issue where my cameras point of view is just completely white with some pink colours on corner.

I have tried to install new drivers but they were already up-to date, I tried re-pluging the camera but that didnt helped too.

Are there any solutions for this problem please? If yes, early thanks

so the webcam not working at all?
try turn off the led light?
Look like some cheap cam, if it is new, return it.

Well the camera is like 1 moth old .. i got it becouse of online lessons ..

look like it should have 1 year warranty.
