Trying find an OEM Graphics Card.

Hello, I am looking for this video card, 1GB GDDR5 NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 645. I understand it is an OEM product, but come on, there has to be some where I can get one...? Any ideas please help.

I have looked and it does not look like you can buy the GTX 645 as a standalone product. May I ask why you are requiring a GTX 645 in the first place?
