So my friend is building a PC but it will take a few months for all the parts/money, etc. He has a RX 470 already.
He wants to have a working PC to play a game on (specifically Rainbow 6 Siege) at very low, 30fps, etc, not anything at all good, just playable until he gets his parts.
Our question is if the PSU (a cheapo prebuilt btw) could handle it.
The model is: Dynex DX-400WPS.
It claims to have 300-400W. I don't care if this PC gets fried or anything but will his GPU be safe?
Is it safe to use at all?
