and well the OS is gonna be windows 7 64bit home premium.

Will this build work correctly for mild gaming and the parts are compatible? My limit to spend is $850. What else can make it better in reasonble range?

Get the 7750. The 640 is horrible, the memory bus severely bottlenecks the 2gb ram.

You will barely even need a 450w psu. You probably only need 4gb ram. 8 isn't bad, but for what you will be able to do, I doubt you would go above 4.

Here is an idea to consider. I don't think you need to spend that much on a PSU. Think about something like this to save some money to apply to a GPU like this:
