Trying to access bios/uefi

So I have an old zoostorm 7000 series desktop with a foxconn g31mx motherboard. I'm currently trying to update the OS from a bootable usb but I can't for the life of me get into the bios I've tried every key imaginable, checked foxconns website to see what they say and I get nothing does anyone have any ideas

Try unplugging the power cord and removing the CMOS battery for a minute. At restart, it should wait for F1.

Is the cmos battery the one that looks like a big watch battery on the mobo
