[SOLVED] Trying to access old macbook pro ssd from 2012 on modern pc

I have a little sata to usb connector and I can see the drive in disk management, however I can't access any of the files. It doesn't appear in the file explorer, and I don't want to format it and lose all the files.

Can someone help? This has pictures of my grandpa.

install HFSExplorer
Macs use a different file system that windows can't read it.
