[SOLVED] Trying to assemble components to build a non-gaming PC based on an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor...

- Motherboard B-550 or X 570 (I prefer B 550 if with same specs costs C$75 less than the X 570) with these features:

support for wi-fi, PCIe .4.0, M2 x 2, Gigabit ethernet, USB 3.2 version 2, USB A and C ports (at least 2 of each) No need to have and/or pay for RGB lights, they are useless to Me. (does anyone know of a particular Asus or Gigabyte that fits my specs for the motherboard?)

- 2x 16 GB 3200 Mhz RAM Modules

- 750 Watt 80 Gold Modular PSU

- If motherboard does not support on board graphics, which inexpensive(less than C$200) graphic card do you recommend?



I would appreciate to receive suggestions and/or comments about this project of Mine.

That CPU does not have onboard graphics, you would need to buy a graphics card..

Except a 3100 doesn't have an iGPU either...could you mean a 3400G?

But then OP stated his desire for a 3600 so maybe 6 cores/12 threads is important. There are no AM4 motherboards with integrated graphics, and the only Ryzen processors with iGPU's are 4 core, as is that 3400G. So you'll need to get a discrete GPU if your use-case demands 6 cores/12 threads. To keep cost down i'd suggest an RX570/580 or, if possible, an RX5500XT or 5600XT.

No, the Seasonic S12III (Roman numeral 3) should be avoided. A Corsair CX450 would be plenty for the job.

As for the GPU, since there will be no gaming, something simple like a GT 1030, or even an older generation card, would be fine.
