Trying to boot from Hirens disc on a usb, but it boots up as normal. windows 10

Trying to boot from a Hirens usb on my Toshiba C50, I have changed the boot priority to usb, but it just boots up as normal. I have picked up a bad virus that has taken over my laptop.
I have tried the usb on a dell laptop and it boots perfect !

seems a common thing with Toshiba. What model C50 as there are a few?
