Trying to boot from macOS installer USB with Clover but computer gets stuck on this step on initial verbose boot from USB:

[ PCI configuration end, bridges 12, devices 12 ]

I've searched the internet and found others with the same issues but no concrete solutions. npci=0x2000 and PCIRootUID=0 are included in boot args. My relevant hardware is as follows:

Gigabyte B365M DS3H motherboard
i5-9400F (no integrated graphics, SMBIOS is iMacPro1,1)
Sapphire Pulse RX580

Apple's EULA prohibits installing/running OSX on non Apple branded hardware. Therefore:

Discussion of the hardware (and ONLY the hardware) is permitted.
