trying to boot from usb

im pretty sure ive selected the usb in the boot menu but i keep getting the message of BOOTMGR is missing

Just checking, have you copied the OS onto your USB in a bootable format using a utility? It won't boot if you just copy the files straight onto the USB.

i found my win 8 64bit disc but that you for the help
