Hi guys,

My new PC has to be built from 0.
My budget is around 1000-1500$.
My desire for CPU is to be a Ryzen 5 3600x, or maybe the new gen(5600x) if it fits in the budget.
For GPU i thought about RX 5700 XT Ultra Thicc lll 8gb.
And 32 GB RAMs DDR4 3200Mgz.
The rest of the components i dont how to choose them to fit these one from above so i want you guys to help me with it.
Also if you have opinions about changing CPU or GPU you can say them, but i want my PC to be AMD based.
I also live in eastern Europe and i saw that shipping from USA Amazon is very expensive...so if you can help me with some good sellers to get a nice price per quality it would be awesome.
I only have 1 week left before Black Friday so i expect some opinions from you. :)
I saw alot of topics about building PC's and everyone was happy so i have fate in you all. :)
P.S.: I know there a some demandings that i can do myself, like looking alot for sellers, sites, components etc., but i would rather let professionals help me, because i looked alot lately and
still cant figure out a whole PC.

Thank you beforehand and lets make a good PC everyone ! :D

Solution
Im not a hardware specialist and i didnt looked up to educate myself until recently when the desire for a new PC came out.
So ill go for the 3200 for now.
Ill get the 170 euro mother board.
And the case, should i get the cheaper one with the case fans that will sums up around 65 euro or the 100 euro case with no fans needed, are 35 euro making a big difference between these 2 ?
And what if i get 1tb hdd for OS/Aplications and 1tb SSD for games?, notice that i wont play many games, max 5.
Also not many apps will installed on it.

Thank you! :)
The difference in the cases will come down to how quiet they are. The Define 7 is designed to be quieter than the Focus G, not to mention the Define series is Fractal Design's top end...

Thank you for the suggestion...it looks like a good and powerful PC, however i dont understand why there are a 500gb SSD and 2 TB one....maybe 1TB is enough?, cause the 2TB SSD boosts the price of the PC pretty high.

The reason for the 500GB & 2TB is to have your OS/Applications on one drive and then the other would be for storing all your games. Money could be saved on getting a lower end case, using a B450 MSI Tomahawk MAX motherboard, using only the 2TB SSD, etc...

I dont want to lower the budget by picking less powerful components, ill keep the first build you showed, maybe change the case with the one from the 2nd setup, also someone told me that 3600Mhz RAMs is better for this setup, should i take 3600Mhz instead of 3200?
And maybe should i add 2 Fractal coolers since ill buy from amazon most of the components and the shipping will be almost free?
Also are you aware of some problems with screws on Red Devil GPU?
Thank you! :D

Going to 3600MHz RAM can increase performance by a bit with the Ryzens. Ideally you want at least 3200MHz RAM since that is the official support. The reason I didn't go with 3600MHz RAM was price/performance. It will cost almost 25% more money to get 3600MHz RAM vs 3200MHz and the difference in performance tops out at around 5%.

The motherboard in the 2nd build is a good quality board and was the go to for a lot of builds until the B550 came out. The biggest difference is the lack of PCIe 4.0, only 1 M.2, and no WiFi. However, the B450 Tomahawk MAX is almost 100 Euro cheaper.

For the Red Devil GPU I haven't heard of any problems with screws. I recommended that GPU due to review of it like this one: https://www.techpowerup.com/review/powercolor-radeon-rx-5700-xt-red-devil/

Depending on the case you get you might not need any extra fans. The Focus G is a decent budget case that comes with 2x 120mm intake fans, the added fan was for exhaust. The Define 7 compact comes with 1x 140mm intake and 1x 120mm exhaust, getting an additional intake wouldn't be the worst choice. I typically try and match the fan types that are already installed so that their performance is the same, the front fan is a Dynamic X2 GP-14.

The difference in the cases will come down to how quiet they are. The Define 7 is designed to be quieter than the Focus G, not to mention the Define series is Fractal Design's top end cases. For one the side panels on the Define 7 have sound dampening material on them to help reduce the noise. I personally would go with the Define 7 and maybe in a few months add one more intake fan just to increase the fresh air going into the case.

I would never recommend using a standard HDD for OS/Applications anymore, same as for games. At the very least change the OS/Application drive to a 500GB SSD and the games SSD to a 1TB. About the only real good use for HDDs anymore is bulk storage of things likes movies, pictures, and music. Those are the things that will not get any benefit from the faster storage. However, the application they run on like iTunes or PowerDVD will benefit greatly from the SSD.

Ironically in the last few days prices have changed a bit and the 3600XT is now 17 Euro cheaper than the 3600X in Germany. You could use that 17 Euro to get a different PSU. While the Focus GX is an excellent PSU, you could get either the Focus PX or Fractal Design Ion+. Both of those are 80+ Platinum rated vs 80+ Gold so you get better efficiency. On top of that they should be a bit quieter due to efficiency, especially the Ion+ which was designed to be quiet. https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/fractal-design-ion-660p-power-supply-review,6266-6.html The Focus PX has slightly better performance than the Ion+ so it costs about the same percentage more (2%) but the Ion+ is much quieter than the Focus PX. Even if you don't change the PSU, the Focus GX is an excellent choice.

This has the changes included.

Damn thats nice, i was actually going to purchase WOW after the PC, but i guess its coming togheter, but still at a 20% percent off, i get 260 euros save, when WOW its 60 and God Fall i dont even know cause im not gonna play it.
And last 2 quick questions before im going to end this thread:
Dont i need an Network/Ethernet Card...i know the motherboard has WI-fi connection but dont i get better Mb/s rate by plugging the cable instead of Wi-fi connection?
And last one, what about a Sound Card....isnt necessary?

Waiting for your response to these 2 questions left and thank you very much man! :D

The motherboard has a Realtek 2.5GbE network card built onto the back IO. The motherboard also comes with a builtin sound card (Realtek ALC1200). There are analog audio ports and optical audio.
