Trying to build a gaming PC on a really tight budget

My friends on a £250 budget for a gaming PC, I know tight, to run no mans sky and other games like it. I've gone over sadly by £12 the build Is here:
phenom ii x4 965 - £42
asus m5a78l m lx v2 - £40
Nova tec 500 watt PSU - £20
500gb hdd - £25
8gb ddr3 ram -£25
Aerocool QS-101 White Edition - £30
Gtx 660 - £80
Total = £262

amd a4 6320 - £35
asus m5a78l m lx v2 - £40
Nova tec 500 watt PSU - £20
500gb hdd - £25
8gb ddr3 ram -£25

Gtx 660 - £80
Total = £255

or take a4 6300 processor its less than £30

or buy this build:

Also Over-Budget, but all the parts are new and from reputable brands.

I would not invest in a dated AMD platform.

If you're OK with second hand, try getting a cheap i5 Desktop off Ebay .Afterwards buy a cheap PSU and GPU.
