Build Advice Trying to build a new PC and need help

Hi guys,

I want to build a pretty powerful PC, but not spending a fortune on it, and unfortunately i dont have the experience or the knowledge to do it properly so i want you guys to help me if you want and can.
I only know that for my PC i want Ryzen 5 3600x as CPU, RX 5700 XT Ultra Thicc lll as GPU and 32gb ddr4 3200 RAMs, about the the other components i dont how to build it to work properly or to connect everything harmonious so i let you guys to build it around these specs i choose or if you have other suggestions for CPU, GPU or RAMs you can tell me them too, but i want it to be AMD based not Intel and nVidia.
Notice that i want to buy all the components during Black Friday, im from eastern Europe, so if you guys have suggestions also about the sites where i can buy at best price-quality ratio, please tell me.
My budget is around 1000-1500$, but lets hope it doesnt cross 1200$.
I dont want to OC any component.
The PC has to be built from 0.
My monitor will be an ultrawide one QHD, i dont know if will have Freesync, because i dont know if its good or bad so maybe you guys can advice me here also.

It's best if you stylized your post according to this thread. We can move forward from there. Please include your current system's specs so we can understand what you have to work with and it the parts you're looking at are a worthwhile upgrade and perhaps if some things can be recycled(or aren't worth recycling).
