Trying to buy a graphics card

I'm trying to buy a new computer. I am trying to find a graphics card and I am having trouble finding one. My budget is $650 and my specs for the new PC are listed below. Thank you:)

RTX 2080 is definitely stronger than any 1080.
Or Radeon VII when it launches for $699, we'll have to see what the aftermarket cards go for.

My understanding is that is a "Vega-60" with 16GB of memory, and the process node shrink puts it ahead of the Vega64 in terms of clock speed. If pricing is decent it should be better than the alternatives.

 


Gigabyte and MSI and several other manufacturers currently have their RTX 2080 starting out at $699. Just add $50 more to your budget and go with the 2080 😛
Ex: gigabyte gaming oc, msi ventus, evga black edition.. these 2080 cards were all $699 as of 3 days ago

But you can just google Gigabyte 2080 on Ebay. They currently selling it for $639 right now, crazy sale!!!
