I'm in the process of completing the parts list for my current build and I can't decide on a motherboard. The price point of the ASRocks is appealing because I am on a budget and the one in question supports overclocking, which I would like to try at some point. Here is my current parts list:
Intel i5-4670k
Hyper Evo 212 CPU cooler
A-Data XPG V2 RAM 8GB in total
Seagate 1 TB HDD
EVGA GTX 760 2GB
Corsair CX 600w PSU
NZXT Phantom 410 for the case

The motherboards in question are ASRock b85 Pro4, Asus Z87-A, Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3, Gigabyte GA-Z87-DS3H, MSI Z87-G43.
I have not heard very good things about ASRock so I am very cautious of them.

Solution
Asus z87-A would be my first choice. Very good overall and highly reliable. But whatever you end up choosing, do not go for MSI, they're infamous for being unreliable.
