Hello,
I currently have this Pyle Audio Mixer and this Schiit Magni Amplifier . Currently I run my PC audio and video game console audio through the mixer (PC - USB and CONSOLE - 3.5MM) , then out to the amplifier , then out to my headphones or directly out of the mixer to a set of desktop speakers.
So far this has worked fine, however, I am told to get even better results and less interference I can add some sort of interface in, like a dedicated DAC such as the matching Schiit Modi Dac .

My question now is, how would I go about configuring this setup? I would like to get the benefits of great audio out of my PC but would also like to have the option to mix in my console audio for when I play games on the said console.
Is this possible?
Is there a different mixer of sorts I should get to make this work better?
And to clarify, I mean running both audio from console and PC at the exact same time.

Still learning about this stuff, it is quite out of my realm!
Thanks in advance for any input!
-Ken

Who told you to get an "interface"? The Pyle you already have is exactly that. If you want to replace that with a better DAC, it may sound better to you, it may not. If you are happy with how it sounds, leave it as it is.

The Pyle also has an amplifier for the headphones output, you really don't even need the other amp unless your headphones are hard to drive.

If you want to get the other DAC, you would connect the line out of that to the line in on the mixer.
