I have about $220 (USD) to spend on a CPU. I have been doing research and comparing for a while now, but I still am a bit confused/curious. I am currently deciding between the i5 3350p, i5 3570k, or 8350 FX. I have a few questions involving my decision:

First, which one of these CPUs would be most likely to "future-proof" the longest (aside from the Haswell stuff) in terms of # of cores and speed in gaming. According to Tom's (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-6.html), the i5 3350p is the most cost-efficient one.

Second, if the first question turns out to be a non-deal-breaker, how much performance would I lose choosing the i5 3350p over the other two in terms of gaming?

Note: the extra $60 to spend towards a GPU or other components is very tempting, but I want to know if you guys think I will be handcuffing myself too much for the future if I went with the i5 3350p.
