Trying to decide between these budget gaming builds

Hi im trying to build my first ever gaming rig and would like if someone could help me out, I have these two builds one with a amd fx-3600 and another with an i-5 but i dont know if they are good builds or even if they will work so if anyone can help me out that would be awesome.

I think the intel build would be the better choice. However I'd suggest a couple changes if you can budget around $50cad more. Going from 4gb to 8gb ram and a better quality and higher wattage psu.
