Trying to disable touchpad on Toshiba Laptop

Toshiba Satellite Win 10 cannot turn off touchpad - I have tried Fn9 and Fn5 don't work.

Sysinternals has a free AutoRuns program where you can turn off the software that starts them. You can also probably disable it from BIOS, which in my case I have to so I can be less vulerable (the touchpad is a huge security risk in my notebook)
