[SOLVED] Trying to Dual Monitor but computer wont read my VGA or DVI?

Okay so lets get this out there on the motherboard there is both VGA and DVI input. I put both monitors (one on VGA and other on DVI). None worked. My main monitor also supports HDMI so I placed it on the video card and its on. Second monitor is only supported with VGA. My video card only has 2 HDMI slots and 2 Display ports. Why cant my mother board just read my VGA and DVI connections?

What we are working with-
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3700x 8 core
Mobo- ASUS PRIME B450M-A AM4 M-ATX
Video Card - GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER 8GB GDDR6

No I did not put this together.

Motherboard ports only work if the CPU has integrated graphics, yours doesn't.

If you had a CPU that had integrated graphics, they would work.
