I'm trying to stick to amazon with my purchases (unless theres >20 dollar difference in price some where else). My budget was 1250 but I dont mind going over a little bit for a great build. I still have to fork out 300-400 bucks on a 4k monitor after all this is said and done because I have a 1920x1080 and all of this is overkill for that.

The case I want is sold out for 3 months so I'm still deciding on that, not a huge deal breaker at the moment. I do have a relatively new SSD and HDD from my current computer that I will use in this new build, and other peripherals so I won't need to include that in my build.

Is that the only thing you would improve? And do you think it's a good time for me to splurge on a 1080 or is the price expected to decrease with the upcoming releases this year?
