Trying to find a decent video card

Hello! I'm relatively new to P.C's in general. Curently, I'm trying to find a graphics card that will allow me to play games on my Optiplex xe dt. I've looked around but the only available graphics cards appear to be strictly for business and,aren't built for gaming. If anyone can help, I'd be super appreciative.

What are the specs of your Optiplex? They've been making them for years and years. Can't know for sure how old or new yours is.
