Trying to find a fast 1TB drive

hello, i have been looking for a hard drive that 1TB, but some people said it was slow and that a hybrid drive was better, but every hybrid drive i see is under 7200 RPM while I can find a normal drive that's 7200 RPM, i'm looking for 1 TB because i'm building a gaming desktop, does the RPM matter as much on hybrid drive? how can i find out if a hybrid drive is better than a normal hard drive?

A hybrid drive won't help you much for gaming, the ssd part of the drive stores the frequently accessed/windows startup components and cache. I'd suggest a WD black 1tb. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822236625

If you want faster loading, get a ssd with enough space to install games on, however most people use say a 120gb ssd for windows/apps + a hdd for data/games.
