Sorry if this is the wrong thread to post in, I couldn't figure out which one was the most viable.
I have been trying to set up a stream using OBS/SLOBS and I've been googling and trying all sorts of configurations and I just can't seem to find the right set up. I'm not sure of its my hardware or my internet connection but whatever settings I put I either drop frames in game, the stream itself seems very choppy in the preview window or sometimes both. I have:
R5 2600 AMD CPU OC'd to 4 GHz at 1.35V with a DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 400 Aftermarket cooler
ASUS Turbo GeForce RTX 2060 6GB Single Fan
Gigabyte AORUS B450M Motherboard
16GB Patriot Viper RAM OC'd to 3000 MHz
750W EVGA SuperNova G2 80+ Gold PSU
240GB PNY SSD and 1TB WD HDD

My SLOBS/OBS settings are there as well as my internet Speedtest. I'm hoping I can find some help to set up my stream, thanks for reading this far and any help is appreciated.
