I built a pc yesterday and i booted it.

Fans were spinning, LEDs where lighting up...

but no post...

Went back disconnected and reconnected everything

nothing

A fried part is most likely the case in this situation
CPU cooler fan is blowing hot air so i dont think it's the cpu
GPU also getting hot but no spinning fans (I have a EVGA GTX 960 FTW ACX 2.0 so fans dont spin until its under load)
MOBO is a possibility but since led and cpu and gpu is getting heated idk.
PSU is working fine

so my question is why is it not posting and what part is broken?

Hi

If intel or amd CPU with integrated graphics remove gpu and connect screen to motherboard graphics output

Reset cmos using jumper
Disconnect hard drives from motherboard

If this this does not get you to post screen and 'no bootable devices found'
message then follow faq listed above

Is there a speaker connected to motherboard ?
as you said nothing about any beeps heard during startup

Get a pc minature speaker if you dont have one on motherboard or in pc case
