Trying to find out which graphic card is compatible for my motherfoard

Solution
It's an OEM computer so you're not really going to be able to do much for it. Still... if you wanna purchase a graphic card, as long as your mobo has a PCI-E slot any card will just work. Since the GPU tech is independant of the Mobo tech.
Still... The best suitable card for that PC i could say its the GT 750 TI or any R7 card.
Anyways i would save the money for a new PC and ask kindly here in Tomshardware for a hand to build a PC that suits you ;)
Good luck
Cheers!

Prebuilt PCs have the possibility of being BIOS locked for some hardware changes. That immediately makes me wary.

Given the age of this one it may also run the possibility of not being compatible with newer graphics cards. Then there's also the matter of whether the PSU will provide sufficient power to the graphics card.

If it is a fully built PC, then I would suggest a quick search of the model number (not the motherboard model) for graphics card upgrades. This way you can see whether others have made successful upgrades.
