My current build:
Motherboard=ASRock A320M-HDV
CPU=AMD A8-9600
Graphics=AMD Radeon R7 (Onboard)
Ram=1x8GB Unknown TEAMGROUP
(For some reason the board takes 2.1 gigs of ramn so i have 6.9Gigs or ram available)
And my power supply is a simple 250Watt

The build i wish consists of:
Motherboard=ASRock A320M-HDV
CPU=Ryzen 3 2200G
Graphics Card=GTX 1060-6GB
Ram= 2x8GB ram

I am aware of the difficulty Ryzen CPUs have BIOS wise, but i need to figure out what power supply would be enough to support the new parts? i thought to myself that maybe around 500 watts or so would be enough. If anyone could help me figure this out id be greatful.

Solution
400w will be enough. Take this review of a GTX 1060 + OC i7 7700K, which draws 281w from the wall. So their system actually consumes ~250w at load. Your build would consume even less.

What is more important is the power supply quality. Basically how well it can deliver voltages, working protections, component quality and internal design, and build quality. There are also simpler things such as noise, modularity, connector amount, etc. There is no PSU specification that tells you what quality it is, it can only be found through extensive testing requiring expensive equipment and alot of knowledge. For example, https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/corsair-rm750x-v2-psu,5585.html

I'm not sure of your location, or budget, so I can't...

I'm not sure of your location, or budget, so I can't give you a single suggestion. Here is a list of generally low priced, yet good quality power supplies:
Corsair CX450M/550M, Corsair CX450/550, be Quiet Pure Power 10 400/500, Cooler Master GM, Coolermaster Masterwatt (not lite), FSP Hexa 85+, Xilence Performance A+, Be quiet system power 9
