Anything overclocked (memory, CPU, GPU)?

What version of Windows? Is it updated?

All drivers up to date?

How much memory do you have installed? What you posted above isn't clear. 32GB but with 4GB sticks?

If you remove the GPU and just use the iGPU, does the behavior change?

I should mention i have had this problem for over a year.

Nothing's overlocked as far as i understand.
Windows 10 Home which is up to date
All drivers up to date

RAM: Timetec 16GB KIT(2x8GB) DDR3L / DDR3 1600MHz (DDR3L-1600) PC3L-12800 / PC3-12800 Non-ECC Unbuffered 1.35V/1.5V CL11 2Rx8 Dual Rank 240 Pin UDIMM Desktop PC Computer Memory RAM(SDRAM) Module Upgrade

I searched RAM in my amazon purchase history which showed my old purchase, sorry for the confusion

I've never tried removing the GPU admittedly

I've just run a Prime95 stress test to try and troubleshoot potential problems with my CPU and the temp hit 100 degrees. I stopped it early somewhat concerned.

I've ran a memtest86 and received no errors after 2 passes.

Honestly, given the age of the system you could have a number of issues. Hitting 100C, as mentioned earlier, is a problem and should be corrected to determine if that is causing your overall issues.

I am actually surprised the system didn't shutdown at that point.

In addition, assuming the PSU is the same age as the rest of the components, it too could be contributing to your issues. PSUs degrade over time.

Removing the GPU, as previously mentioned, and just testing with the iGPU is a good way to assess power issues as the system will be under less stress to the PSU.
