Trying to game on a budget

I am trying to upgrade my pc so i can play newer games as well as stream them. I currently have a Gigabyte P35-Dq6
3GBs of RAM
Intel Core2 Quad 2.4ghz
AMD Radeon HD 6570

I am on a tight budget i could only spend around $300-$400. What is the cheapest possible upgrades i can do to give my pc a kick??

can my motherboard support GDDR5 and PCI express 3.0 X16?? I have a 1000w PSU and my CPU is Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Quad-Core Processor

Agree. The best card would be GTX 660 or GTX 660 Ti. Performs great and consumes less power.
