hey guys, i suck w computers honestly. my buddy help put mine together, but doesn't know what gpu will help me with this and we are hoping someone here can help us out. trying to get 144hz or more rather consistently with this build, anyone know where to start and what to get?

i have 2 monitors but the one I play games on is a Acer 27" 144hz 1080p. main games I play are cod (get between 85-115), eft, valorant (that's fine tho).... mainly fps. all my settings for them are low and still is hard to get 144 on a lot. i know eft the max is 120 in-game, but I still get like 60 or less. maybe just bc not a strong enough build in general?
