Trying to get a $250 PC build..

Now this ones tricky, because I am looking to build a PC that can run GTA V..And I can't really find any that do that.

it has great parts, but its not complete..I can go a bit over $250 but Id like to stay around there if possible.

I don't think your gonna get a PC that can run GTA V for $250

If you are trying to play GTA V, you may want to save up some, at least try and get to 400-450, then you will have a better chance. But $250 is going to be tough. That's going to go towards your GPU and CPU alone.

I think that's a great idea :lol: but it wont be for about 2 months until I can actually afford something better..so Im looking for something in my budget *now* that can kinda keep me entertained til then

Why waste $250 now then spend that money again on a different system? You'll just have $250 less to spend on something later.

The parts you listed are several generations old, too little RAM for GTAV.

You can pick a different cheaper case if you like. DYI make pretty good ones in the $40 range, and skip the video card for now. In two months, get the video card and you have a complete gaming system.

PC "parts list" starts at 2:20.
Basically, find an old Core2Quad for $50, find a GT 640 GPU on fleabay, find a Salvation Army monitor for $10, ignore any OS cost.
Play at 720p, be satisfied with 30 FPS, and off you go.

I don't think used parts is what the OP has in mind.

Sorry if I offended anyone. That was partly an attempt at humor, but also to point out that it is often possible to play AAA games on low-end hardware. You just have to adjust your expectations accordingly.
