Question Trying to get dolby atmos to work on pc

Hey guys.. I have a rtx 3080 ti... an i7 10700k cpu... a 4k tv and a yamaha rx-a4 reciever and windows 11.. Ive downloaded the dolby atmos app and i have the netflix app too. With the netflix app everything is fine.. Receiver lights up with dolby atmos etc... Great! When im not using the netflix app (using anything else with sound like youtube in a browser, or various games) I get no sound. Basically its either dolby atmos when supported , or no sound. Anyone else experience this? Whats up?

What is your default output source and what happens when you run the test option? Also how is everything connected?

My default out source is My nvidia rtx3080ti... when i run the test option the speakers make a ring SOME of the time...

My conections are as followed...
Hdmi 2.0 cable from graphics car to input of reciever
output of reciver to tv

When I meant default output source, it was on references to what w11 sound settings show. 👍
