looking for a video card that will run 3 different displays at the same time. meaning a program that has the main screen with your desktops display and the other shows the photos and words. so it needs to run 3 separate displays 2 will be hdmi and 1 vga each display has to be able to show something different. that where the problem comes in. built in video on the board is all.
core i3-7100
on board video will not work if I put a video card in
1 pciex16 slot
hp slimline 270-p043w
I need 1 vga slot and the other two need to be hdmi slots
the program that I am working with is called worship him power
when you run the program you have your main screen on your desktop and in the program you open what you want the church to see that goes out on the other displays. I need the vga for the projector and 1 hdmi for the main screen on the computer the other hdmi for the 65" tv

Solution

It should, I mean any card that supports the resolution of the screens and the connections should work. I would try to find something that doesn't require additional power from the PSU as those HP power supplies aren't very good.

each display has to be able to show something different. that where the problem comes in.one is a 65" tv the other a screen projector as well as the desktop monitor.

Well if the CPU has a iGPU and the motherboard has VGA then you can use the iGPU for one display, use the GPU for the main screen/program using HDMI and then use another HDMI from the GPU for the 3rd screen. You would setup the 2/3rd monitors as a extension of the main display.

It would probably be helpful to know what the model or specs of the computer you are working with, as well as what program or programs are trying to be run.

For instance. If it's just a video being run in a player and two static screens, or if you are trying to run a video with "karaoke" style wording being displayed elsewhere, etc.

Most computer towers are capable of accepting some manner of GPU. For what it sounds like you are wanting it shouldn't take much power (card wise) to pull off, but you need to be sure there is room in your case, proper PSU, etc.
If this process is much more than opening a couple of pictures across "extended" display (as mentioned above) it may require specialized software or program to make it happen.
