Trying to id my pc

hi all i need some help please having some probs with my packed bell pc and trying to find out what model i have the only thing on the case is the logo and (id number 6943390100) and this number (lics50800297)

now my probs

1 have no sound

have tryed these drives with no joy
AUDIO_Realtek_5.10.0.5628_XPx86 , R171_236_5443_Vista_XP
also when i go to device manager i see that
microsoft kernel acoustic cantroller
microsoft kernel audio splitter
microsoft kernel dsl synthesizer
microsoft kernel gs wavetable synthesizer
microsoft kernel wave audio mixer

all have yellow tabs on then , i dont know if iam using the right drives or what

It's a Gigabyte brand board but may be a special built for NEC (who owned PB at one time) so try to match is precisely by slots, chipset etc.
