[SOLVED] Trying to ID the cheapest 3rd gen 3600

I'm trying to start compiling the components of my new PC and I stumbled upon this, but it seems to look a bit weird.
I dont notice any of the markings on the chip denoting ryzen 5, 3600, etc.
I was wondering If this was perhaps just an older version of said chip or?

It's a tray version, no cooler. Which means it can have limited warranty applications since it's not exactly a retail box product.
