Trying to install a game with just the cd key

So a long time ago i bought cd copies of the entire Dawn of War franchise (Dow, Winter Assault, Dark Crusade and Soulstorm) i bought a new pc recently and tried to install the game the first three only dark crusade could actually be installed since the CD's of the other three had too many scratches to work.
I have the CD keys to all the games so i am asking is there a way for me to install Soulstorm somehow with having just the CD key and a Broken CD (the PC does read the CD its just that i cant successfully install the game because of some files missing error)

No, you need the CD or something with the actual install files on it.
This is like trying to drive a car, but only having the license plate.

Possibly get a new install CD or whatever from wherever you purchased it?
