Question trying to install a network card on my dell g5 5090 computer

hi im trying to install a network adaptor for faster ethernet through a pcie slot but wondering how to get it to show from the other end? i dont see any screws. heres an image of the backside. i need to somehow get rid of the plus sign

There is no "case picture".

On the inside, if there is a screw, remove it.

Then, you'll need to break off the relevant slot cover. The whole thing, not just where the + is.
