trying to install conexant smartaudio HD driver on my toshiba laptop i keep getting this error message failed to pass CRC check.[124]

Try to download it again to a different location. Are you downloading it from Toshiba's site?

seems to be a corrupt file error. make sure your on the official toshiba site. The laptop your using is correct. and you have the right 32 bit or 64 bit driver.
