Trying to install windows 10 on ASRock x99 Extreme 4/3.1 using BIOS/UEFI

I am new to making PCs so I'm not sure what the problem is with installing the OS but it seems that I keep getting the same error saying "This module is not supported!". I am using a Kingston Digital DataTraveler SE9 32GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive (DTSE9H/32GBZ) to install the windows 10 OS on my PC. Doing it through ASRock x99 Extreme 4/3.1 using the BIOS/UEFI menu I made sure all my boot options are correct and made the hard drive the first option. I always choose the UEFI <usb name> option but I always get the same error message even when I try different booting options.

My specs are:
ASRock x99 Extreme 4/3.1
Intel hex-core i7-5820 cpu
MSI GeForce GTX 1070
WD Blue 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM HDD
LG Blu-ray/CD/DVD reader & writer Optical Drive
Kingston Digital DataTraveler SE9 32GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive (DTSE9H/32GBZ) containing windows 10 64-bit version

Try using a smaller capacity USB drive and recreate the bootable installer. What other device's show up when you look at the BOOT device's menu?

What program was used to create bootable windows usb?
What format?
Fat 32 is required not ntfs or other formats

The microsoft utility has less options and less risk of choosing the wrong options
