Question Trying to install windows 7 from USB stucks at Windows Screen.

First of all :-
Motherboard - Intel DG31PR
Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo E7500
I don't think anything else would be necessary.

So i want to do a clean install of windows 7 on my Desktop. I downloaded an ISO file from the web and made a bootable flash using rufus. However whenever I try to boot it stucks on the Windows Screen and won't proceed further!

The admin of the webpage from where I downloaded the file asked me to disable secure boot and try again but I don't find any option like secure boot in the BIOS settings. I've tried disconnecting the hard disk and also tried other partition formats but it dosen't work!
It's been 3 days now and it would be really wonderful if somebody could help me!

I don't use Rufus, at all. Instead I go the old-school method for creating a bootable USB installer for Windows 7. Part 3 in this guide. Also, make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard.

In addition, that's not an official (read LEGAL) ISO. Microsoft never released a so called 14-in-one disc. We're done here.
