trying to install windows xp but the missing eula message pops up

So i have been working on my windows xp build, it took like 15 days to get all the parts ordered, But when i assembled the computer, It boots just fine, I decided to install windows xp with the AHCI RAID drivers etc installed, and on a USB since my build doesnt have a cd controller, But when i tried to install it, It gave me the missing eula screen, I have looked at the files and EULA.txt is there (on the I386 folder), i have gone DAYS trying to fix it, Got to different forums, My own troubleshooting steps but it just doesnt workout, Can someone help me? I would appreciate it so much, Thank you.

Simply try another installation. If everything work wthout that drivers than its not installation fault.
