Hello all, ive stumbled upon a laptop that has had a BIOS lock on it, im trying to reset it however there is no CMOS battery on the motherboard. Ive also tried recovering the rescue password however the "Alt+r" function does not work with this laptop.
I've read on other forums that this can be achieved by clearing the "jsrt2001" and "jrst2002" however im not able to find the "jrst2001" on my motherboard. What i tried todo was use a flathead screw driver and make the "jrst2002" contact then power on the laptop but nothing happened and im still getting a BIOS password screen
Would anyone have any solution for this? I cannot access the BIOS settings either im completely blocked out.
here is a picture of the motherboard
