So my 2008 year PC is dead. (What a surprise), time to get something new.
Ive got bugdet - 775$ max.
Mainly for playing games like pubg, probably witcher, dark souls, i dont think i need maximum ultra setting max perfomance so...(high settings with comfortable FPS will be enough)
Also really want to start streaming/yt editing, so i guess it will be ryzen build.
Here goes the options:
Graphic card will be 1060 6gb (maybe i should get some of RX ones?)
RAM HyperX predator 3000 ghz 2x8gb (can buy it with discount)
I dont need SSD or HDD (got from old PC)
Case isnt problem also.
550W PSU Aerocool something...
So question about motherboard and CPU.
I looked for ryzen 2600x with auto"OC" option with stock cooler.
Or Ryzen 5 2600 with OC and aftermarket cooler.
Interesting part about motherboard. I really dont know much about VRM temperatures and MB cooling stuff, so what MB should i get for 2600x or 2600 with OC?
Or maybe something like i5-8400 will be enough for my tasks? (really doubt about streaming)
(Location: Russia, sorry about english :) )

See if this will be great for your need
cpu: amd ryzen 2600
cpu cooler: deepcool captain 120 ex
motherboard: msi b450 tomahawk
gpu: gigabyte radeon rx 590 8gb
and the rest of the parts you got were fine.

The deepcool captain ex will be great for overclocking.

Are you limited to Russian stores? This is pretty important as your pricing and availability will be much different than for those of us in the United States (unfortunately, it'll largely be less availability and higher prices, and that sucks, but it's what we have to work with).

And no need to apologize. I'd wager your English is much, much better than most of our Russian.

8 core 16 thread processor recommended for streaming/encoding and video/media creation.
Found a 3200 mhz kit of G.Skill memory for a good price and is faster than the hyper x with cas latency of 14. Ryzen benifits from fast memory.
Went a little beefier on the graphics card (For 1080p 60hz) to give your system better overall longevity before an upgrade is necessary.
I recommend going with a well known high quality power supply like Seasonic.

Oh, i missed that he doesnt need any new storage, well, then he could go for 2700x, but beware of that aorus ultra gaming, its really bad, ASRock steel series is better, can go higher RAM speeds and has 6 phases instead of that gigabytes 4

My mistake. After researching your claims, I found out that gigabyte false advertised the 8+3 power phase. I will post a better motherboard below.

The x470 is a better motherboard. It has more connectivity for future possible upgrades and a Intel LAN Gigabit controller which is better than Realtek on the b450. He only has a 60hz 1080p display. The 1660 is plenty.

x470 is teenytiny better chipset, advantage of that x470 to steel legend b450 is nonexistant, 1660 vs 1660ti is uite a difference, if you have 60hz monitor, you want to have 60+ fps, in couple of years, newer games will need better gpu to sustain that so he will be better of with better gpu, not that higher mobo chipset number or few more usb and sata ports..

You don't know what gaming will be like in two years. Though the 1660 ti is significantly better, you are assuming that the 1660 won't deliver 60+ fps (with adjustable graphical settings) in two years time. He doesn't care about ultra settings. I'd rather have a solid platform and upgrade the graphics card in the future than go with a lesser motherboard which in this case isn't available. My advice to media creators and streamers are to go with higher core count processors and the R7 variants should be paired with a x470 to be a well balanced system. Though it can be done, I do not recommend pairing a B450 with a R7 higher end processor.

@glanceR Go ahead and pick out a motherboard that is available and we'll tell you if its junk. Just make sure it's an ATX form factor.

I can buy x470 fatality gaming but my budget not allow me it with r7 2700 and 1060. Even 2600 box with x470 and 1060 is slightly below my budget, and still bad psu in list. In Russia cost of pieces little bit higher as said and my budget is tight...50 000 rubles = ~775 usd. (Your price 145$ for x470, I found only for 185 in my stores...and that include all pieces). @SgtScream
What about Gigabyte b450 aorus pro
Or Asus tuf b450 plus gaming
Got plenty of this motherboards in sight.

As a variant I can wait for ryzen 3000 and save some more money...

Edit: About streaming, I’m not even started:) I want to try it on amateur level, don’t need perfect high end computer for it. I think...?
