Trying to Make Sure My SSD is Actually Bad

I've been experiencing some issues lately (audio glitching, BSODs) and have been considering the possibility that my SSD is to blame. I ran SSDLife's free version, and it told me "Drive health is BAD." It could not expand on this however, since my model (Crucial - MX300 275GB 2.5") apparently "does not provide detailed wear out information." Is there anything else I can do to verify this, or is SSDLife reliable?

You can check the SMART data from your SSD....using one of the many programs out there.
Drive health is BAD....LOL.

That's what the gentleman told me lol. Are there any programs you'd recommend?
