[SOLVED] Trying to move files from old HDD to usb?

So i have a old hard drive that im trying to get files and photos off of. I plug the hard drive into my pc and boot it up. It doesnt boot up to windows instead boots up to some other screen with a couple apps called aterm,disks,bitdefender, install firefox. I go into disks but it just shows me the files and everything on the hard drives. Does anybody know what this is ? Or how to boot the pc up to windows ? I have pictures ill post of what it looks like.

You connect it as a secondary drive, not the drive to boot from.

I tried going to bios but doesnt seem to let me just goes straight to this weird screen.

What system is this connected to?
What system did this drive come out of?

Assuming the system boots normally from its original OS drive, you should not need to do anything in the BIOS.

Its connected to a hp and was in a asus i believe

Okay i ended up hooking it up to a external usb adapter and plugging it in by usb. Thank you for all the help 👍
