Trying to optimize for gaming

I have been trying to search online for any guide for better performance under windows 10. My issues are mild stutter in most games. So far i have disabled super fetch and other privacy settings any one have any other services i cant disable ?

You need to list all of your specs.
Particularly cpu and graphics card.

Most stuttering is because of slow single thread cpu performance or limited graphics capability.

In this case no i have had issues with my old 4790k 1070 system and had the same type of stutter on my laptop 7820k 1070. This is all windows 10 issues because running win 8.1 on my old 4790k didnt have most of the stutter

Windows 10 may have pushed out a less than optimal graphics driver.
Go to the graphics web site and download the latest driver directly from them.

I know i posted this a while ago. For soom reason Windows 10 likes to hog memory even stand by memory. So i use ram map to clear it on the fly
