[SOLVED] trying to OS window 10 on HP Probook 4446s

i run into a problem while trying to reinstall os on this laptop, it could not boot through my USB, when i try to select my usb in boot options..it just boot back to current windows 8.1

If your USB is properly made using Microsoft USB creation tool, you should have no troubles booting off it.

Does your laptop have a DVD drive?
