Question Trying to overclock ram but there is no XMP Profile 1 option?

It only gives me a disable and enable option and is currently set at disable as I only powered up the pc 1 hour ago. I'm using a Asus XI Hero, i9 9900k, 64gb 3000mhz Corsair Vengeance ram.

The videos I checked on youtube all show an option that says profile 1 but I don't have that. Do I just select enable?

No, nothing

Its only got enable and disable as options.
