Question Trying to pair Crucial P3 Plus w/ econ HD Graphics Mobo that can maximize the ssd's 5000MB/s speed ?

I just grabbed the SSD:
Crucial P3 Plus 500GB PCIe Gen4 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD, up to 5000MB/s - CT500P3PSSD8
...from Amazon for $31 and I am wondering what Intel's HD graphics capable Mobos are able to maximize the 5000MB/s of the NVMe.

Would this Mobo facilitate the 5000MB/s speed of the NVMe?
