Trying to Permanently disable proxy but the folder doesn't show up in Registry

So I am trying to disable a proxy server for LAN so according to youtube and other sources. what I have to do is go into registry and change the permission settings but in my folder there is no currentversion folder with the internet options folder inside it.

What "proxy server" is your system trying to connect to, and why are you trying to disable it?
